If you’re like most iPhone users, you probably use the device’s clock to set the time and date. But if you ever need to change the time or date on your iPhone, it can be a bit of a hassle. Here’s how to do it. To change the time or date on your iPhone, open the Settings app and tap “Time & Date.” You’ll see a list of options, including “Set Time” and “Set Date.” Tap either option to open its settings menu. To change the time, tap “Set Time” and enter your new time in hours, minutes, and seconds. To change the date, tap “Set Date” and enter your new date in months (1-12), days (1-31), and hours (0-23). To change both time and date at once, tap “Set Time & Date.” Once you’ve entered your new values, press OK to save them. And that’s all there is to it! ..

Manually Adjust the Time and Date on iPhone

To disable automatic time and date and enable the manual option, first, open the Settings app on your iPhone. In Settings, tap “General.”

On the General screen, tap “Date & Time.”

On the Date & Time page, first, turn off the “Set Automatically” option. This ensures you can manually enter your time and date options.

If you can’t disable the “Set Automatically” option because it’s grayed out, then follow the next section in this guide to learn what to do.

To manually set the date, tap the current date displayed on your screen and then choose a new date. Similarly, to change the time, tap the current time and specify a new time.

Your iPhone automatically saves your changes so you don’t have to do anything. And you are all set.
